Progress!

I've lost one whole pound in the last week since I started this. And that's probably due to normal fluctuation. I know I need to give it time, but I also realize that if I'm going to really lose anything, I'm going to have to change what I eat, too. My normal diet of sweets, fried stuff, a few healthy foods, and no fruits or vegetables isn't going to work. Fewer Swiss Cake Rolls, more spinach. Fewer burgers, more bananas.

I've been feeling crappy for the last couple days, so I've attempted to increase my intake of healthy foods to avoid getting sick. Guess I better stay on that kick.
